The eRegistry populates an encounter-level interface that allows clinicians to longitudinally capture M&M cases and the clinical insights from discussions of these cases.
Cohorting, Analytics, and Reporting allows users to study trends in the incidence of adverse events or deviations from care delivery standards (e.g., pressure ulcers, hospital- acquired infections).
With cases of interest flagged, the Department can readily follow up on those cases in subsequent meetings, thereby fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
